[摘要]目的 不同分子分型的35岁以下乳腺癌患者的临床特点及预后情况分析。方法 回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2013年12月行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者104例，年龄均在35岁以下，均为女性的临床资料，采用免疫组织化学法行分子分型，并分析其与临床病理特点和预后之间的关系。结果 本研究青年乳腺癌患者占同期乳腺癌的7.6%(104/1368)，luminal A型54例，占51.92%，luminal B型16例，占15.38%，HER-2+型13例，占12.50%，三阴型乳腺癌15例，占20.19%。各亚型乳腺癌患者在触及肿块至就诊时间和病理分型上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 35岁以下乳腺癌患者的分子分型与触及肿块至就诊时间和肿瘤病理分型密切相关。
